Does everyone in the world suffer from anxiety and depression?

All the scars in one’s life are not visible. Everybody has problems and struggling for something.

Some people

  • have the ability to just cover it with a simple “I’m fine”.
  • seek others help.
  • are brave enough to handle everything on their plate. One’s tolerance rate is different from another.

It is how we deal with it. One’s tolerance rate is different from another. It is how we deal with it.

Somehow we all get to experience different portions of anxiety, stress and depression in life.

Stress is said to be a part of life. But anxiety and depression needs to be managed accordingly. Otherwise ones’ mental health could be in real danger.

You are your first priority.

Once in a while you will feel tired that sleep can not fix. That is the time you need to treat yourself little more.

Forget your to do list and tight schedule for a while. Go out with your friends. Go see your loved ones. Just talk to somebody who you are comfortable with. Or make an appointment for a pedicure with your bestie. Because sometimes you need it.

It is alright to hit a pause button in your life because your health is more important. Stop running if you are tired and need to laugh out until your belly hurts once in a while.

Talk to somebody.

If you have any worry in life which you can not handle alone, that is perfectly alright time to talk to somebody. We can talk to somebody who you trust and who you are comfortable with. Express how you feel. Cry out loud if you want.

But holding it to yourself is not healthy. You gotta put it out somehow. That’s what friends are for.  

Don’t feel ashamed to talk about your worries. Each and every problem has a solution. If you can’t fix it yourself seek help from somebody else.

Find your own way.

The way each and everybody deal with situations could be different. But it is important to find your most comfortable way.

You might wanna be alone and cry out loud. You might want to talk to your bestie or to your partner. You might want to write it down and cry. You might want to get lost for few days.

But it is alright. All you gotta make sure is that you are safe and you don’t put yourself in a worse condition.

Be confident about yourself. If you want to be alone, let your family or friends know that you need some time alone. Ask them not to disturb.

But somehow you gotta recover and restart.

Relax. Think about all the good things in your life. Being happy is being healthy. So make sure you do everything to keep yourself happy.
