What matters is a humble attitude to be nice to everyone. Irrespective of our likings we need to treat everyone equal. We need to practice kindness to everyone around us.

Greet everyone you see in the morning. Even to the minor staff at your office. Treat everyone nicely. Talk to people you like and to people who you don’t like, the same manner. Be professional with your co-workers. Forget your personal issues.

Appreciate everyone around you.

Your kind words would be an appreciation of a simple kind act. Appreciate your friends and co-workers.

Tell your

  • parents, that you are grateful for all their commitments.
  • partner, that you are thankful for being there in your hard times.
  • wife, how tasty she has prepared your lunch.
  • boyfriend that you loved the dinner date.


Appreciate everyone and review people’s good work. Also, your colleagues and praise the people who are fighting their own battles of life. Appreciate their commitments and talk about it. They will try their best and do something more the very next day.

Motivate people with kind words.

If somebody is worried listen to them. Tell them that you are there for them. Help them if possible. But keep in mind to motivate them. Give positive advice always. Remind them that they are strong enough to face challenges. Remind people that they are warriors in their own battlefield. Show them their capabilities and goals. Help them to rise up again with your kind and confident words. Give them your blessings and make them feel that they are not alone in life.

Help everyone around you with your kind words. Treat everyone equally and appreciate every one. Spread love and positivity around you. It will cost you nothing but will make someone’s day. Your strong and kind words would have the ability to change someone’s life. You have the power to change someone’s goal and path. Be that positive motivation and help others to get better day by day. Eventually, your life will get better too.

Make that change and be kind to everyone. Spread kindness and leave a little sparkle wherever you go.
